The room had a king bed and felt relaxing. the hotel is in a good location near the peace memorial. It's an easy walk. breakfast offered many choices, from japanese to continental options. the service was great, and i would choose the same hotel again.

very good value stay

spacious room comfortable bed soft towels

my room was very spacious, and included a large picture window with a window bench seat plus pillows. the king size bed was comfortable and it had four pillows. i found the shower to be good and the towels were soft. there was coffee in the room also.

the hotel never provides coin operated laundry facilities . i need it when travel.

the staff gave us a guided tour of the restaurant. i appreciated it. koki ensured my partner got a gluten and dairy free meal.

the hotel is located for bus access and i could walk to the peace memorial sites. it is a longish walk from the station though. it took approximately twenty minutes.

inconsistent service, some disappointments

limited seating missing amenities

the room was big enough and modern, which i found acceptable.

Some amenities like cotton pads were only provided for one person, i found that really annoying. There should be a standard supply for the occupancy of the room. the restaurants also had very limited seating, i was unable to get a table.

room service waiting time unfriendly check in

the room was large and well designed for my needs.

The waiting time for room service dinner was a major issue. I was told it would take 45 minutes. the girl checking me in weren't very friendly and didn't acknowledge hilton honors. i think it unacceptable.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

comfortable bed friendly staff

The bed and pillows were super comfortable in the room. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any request. The check-in and check-out processes were easy and efficient. I would definitely stay again (i loved my stay!).

Some amenities were only provided for one person in the room. The restaurant had very limited seating compared to the number of guests so reservations were essential. I found securing a table difficult.

The rooms include a large television with access to international channels. The climate control system worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature. The bathroom features both a separate shower and a bathtub (a real plus!).

I had a few issues . The breakfast was quite average. It had a lot of options. The food was cold on both days I visited. It would be better to offer fewer choices but make them well.

overcrowded breakfast insufficient coffee machines

the location was acceptable.

my experience with breakfast service was not good. overcrowding made me wait 30 minutes for seating. coffee machines were insufficient, and live stations had long queues. this was an unwelcome experience, especially considering the price.
